Blogger vs WordPress Blog

I posted a blog on my computer then have gone back on to it on my phone and it wasn't the complete version of the blog and accidently clicked update. Is there any way to restore previous updates as I my blog no longer contains the information I need for my college course. And I would prefer not having to start it again.
