Okay, gotcha. Do you have more than one login, maybe? And, were you/are you the admin for that site? You and you alone?
-> If someone else is the admin, check in with them to see if they know why the change occurred.-> If you are the admin, you can do a recovery for the account. Here is the info for that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
Otherwise, you may want to request staff to take a look by using the modlook tag:
