Hmm.. then there's just one last thing to check -

Have you set your mapped domain to primary domain? More info on step 3 in the link I shared previously.

Depending on the order that you add everything, you may want to head back over to Domains and make sure the domain you just mapped is set as your primary domain.

But if that doesn't work, then I'm sure someone from the staff can take care of it for you. I'll add the modlook tag here so they can check what's wrong :)
